Our Team

Formed in 2007, the New York Steppers are the original Steppers Set of New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast region. The group has taught, workshopped, demo’d, and grown Chicago Style Steppin’ throughout the 5 boroughs and the wider region, appeared as guests for numerous private, public, and media events, and been guest instructors for various Steppin’ organizations in cities along the East Coast. Our lead instructors hail from Chicago and have been certified in the dance.
